Service Specialist I - Artificial Lift

About the role

Halliburton is seeking a Service Specialist I to join its Artificial Lift team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. You will work on‑site supporting the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of artificial lift equipment for oil‑field operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform Artificial Lift (AL) installations, pulls, routine checks, and troubleshooting.
• Provide instruction and technical support to customer personnel on proper handling and operating procedures of AL systems.
• Conduct basic well production analysis and repair of AL equipment, including testing, splicing, and cable repairs.
• Prepare paperwork such as IFTA reports, billable and non‑billable hours, and mileage logs.
• Train and coach new hires and mentor lower‑level technicians at well sites.
• Promote safety awareness, environmental consciousness, and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
• Maintain mechanical performance of field trucks used for transportation.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of experience in artificial lift operations.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Basic reading comprehension and writing skills.
