Shipping Clerk – Logistics & Warehouse

About the role

CROWN Arabia Can Company Ltd is looking for a detail‑oriented Shipping Clerk to oversee the preparation and dispatch of finished goods. The role ensures accurate documentation, timely shipments, and smooth coordination between production, warehouse, and transportation teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process shipping documents such as bills of lading, packing lists, and commercial invoices.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse staff to confirm product readiness according to shipment schedules.
• Verify outgoing shipments against orders for correct quantities, product types, and destination addresses.
• Arrange transportation, track shipments, and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Load and unload trucks safely using appropriate equipment and follow safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for shipped goods and materials.
• Communicate shipment status and issues with carriers, customers, and internal departments.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Shipping Clerk or in a similar role within manufacturing or warehouse settings.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform warehouse tasks.
• Valid forklift operator certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Microsoft Word.

• Forklift operation (certified).
