Shipping Coordinator

About the role

A leading industrial company in Riyadh is seeking an organized Shipping Coordinator to manage daily shipping activities, oversee dispatch schedules and ensure efficient movement of inbound and outbound freight.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily shipping logistics and monitor inbound and outbound transport timelines.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel, sales teams and freight vendors to maintain delivery schedules.
• Review, audit and archive shipping invoices, bills of lading, delivery receipts and customs manifests.
• Utilize ERP platforms and spreadsheets to maintain accurate inventory dispatch logs and shipment records.
• Assess cargo requirements, assign appropriate truck types and manage load planning for cost‑effective transport.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Hands‑on operational experience in shipping coordination, freight dispatch, warehouse operations or supply chain logistics.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of enterprise ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management.
• Knowledge of transport mode selection and logistics documentation.
