Showroom Sales Representative

About the role

The Showroom Sales Representative will be the primary point of contact for customers visiting the EXA Ceramics showroom. You will welcome visitors, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process to achieve the company’s sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage showroom visitors, assess their requirements, and deliver tailored product presentations.
• Promote new product lines and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the catalogue.
• Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and close sales deals.
• Coordinate invoicing, payment processing, and delivery logistics with internal teams.
• Collaborate with brand management, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Adhere to quality standards, safety procedures, and company policies throughout all activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• 0‑2 years of sales experience (freshers welcome).
• Strong communication and salesmanship abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with peers and managers.
