Site Civil Engineer

About the role

Al Yahya Real Estate Development seeks a qualified and motivated Site Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure projects follow approved plans and specifications, and uphold high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day construction activities on site.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress and prepare daily and weekly site reports.
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations.
• Resolve technical issues and provide on‑site engineering solutions.
• Review quantities, materials, and completed work before approvals.
• Attend site meetings and ensure timely completion of milestones.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years experience as a Site Engineer in real‑estate or construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, engineering standards, and site management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; Primavera knowledge a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency preferred.
• Own a car (preferred).
