Site Engineer – Electrical

About the role

Larsen & Toubro is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Engineer to lead the execution of EHV overhead transmission line projects in Saudi Arabia. The role reports to the Site Manager and focuses on delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned works following EHS and QAQC procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain progress against monthly schedules, manage invoicing, profitability, working capital, cash flow and ROTE targets.
• Prepare and enforce the construction program, including procurement, storage, manpower planning and subcontractor management.
• Handle technical, contractual and commercial issues such as submittals, variations, invoicing and payment collection.
• Keep technical drawings, electrical equipment lists, construction equipment lists and specifications up‑to‑date and readily available.
• Implement the Quality Assurance and EHS plan on site and promote an ethical, professional work culture.
• Identify and resolve significant issues before they impact the client or company.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience executing EHV overhead transmission line projects, preferably in the Middle East.
• Proven ability to manage technical, contractual and commercial aspects of large‑scale projects.
• Strong understanding of EHS and QAQC standards.
