Site Engineer

About the role

The Site Engineer will play a pivotal role in delivering construction projects safely, on time, and within budget. Working closely with project teams, the engineer ensures that all site activities align with technical specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, including site layout, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Supervise on‑site activities, monitor progress, enforce quality control, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow and resolve issues.
• Manage procurement, delivery, and storage of materials and equipment.
• Implement quality control measures and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety protocols.
• Monitor project costs, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and keep expenditures within budget.
• Communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction.
• Support HSE initiatives and participate in incident reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction site management.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Mandatory registration with the Saudi Council of Engineering.
