Site Engineer

About the role

The Site Engineer is responsible for leading and overseeing construction and drilling projects from initiation through completion. The role ensures that each project meets schedule, budget, and quality expectations while maintaining strong coordination with all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead construction and drilling activities on site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and control costs to keep the project within budget.
• Coordinate daily with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to align resources and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to guarantee high‑quality outcomes.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and project stakeholders.

Required profile

• Relevant engineering background, preferably civil or mechanical engineering.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills for interfacing with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ability to work independently on site and make timely decisions.
