Site Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Site Engineer to lead daily construction activities on commercial fit‑out projects in Dammam. You will supervise works, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Monitor progress, report to the Project Manager, and manage manpower, materials, and equipment on site.
• Oversee commercial fit‑out works such as interior finishes, ceiling systems, partitions, flooring, joinery, and MEP integration.
• Review and coordinate shop drawings and material submittals, raise RFIs, and assist in preparing as‑built drawings.
• Allocate tasks to foremen and subcontractors, track progress, and manage handover packages including snag lists and test reports.
• Maintain QA/QC procedures, conduct inspections, and ensure defect rectification before client handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience as a Site Engineer, preferably on commercial fit‑out projects (offices, retail, hotels, etc.).
• Experience in site supervision, task allocation, and handover procedures.
