Site Inspector – Construction & Surveying

About the role

Bait Al Khibra Engineering Consultants is looking for a qualified Site Inspector to join its Riyadh office. The role involves monitoring construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and reporting findings to the project team. Candidates must have a strong background in surveying and site inspection.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and monitor daily site activities to verify adherence to design and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports to engineers and project managers.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and site personnel to resolve any non‑conformities.
• Maintain accurate records of site measurements, progress, and quality control checks.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation related to site inspections.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in site inspection or surveying within the construction sector.
• Two‑year diploma or intermediate institute qualification in Surveying after high school.
• Strong ability to monitor site work and communicate findings effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Saudi candidates are preferred.
