Site Manager - Ar Rjum Gold Project

About the role

The Site Manager will lead all on‑site construction activities for the Ar Rjum gold project, a green‑field mining development in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to senior project leadership, you will ensure that the project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and direct construction work for a large‑scale mining project, coordinating Bechtel teams, subcontractors, suppliers and client representatives.
• Supervise construction craft personnel, field engineering, contract administration, cost control, scheduling, procurement, finance and accounting functions.
• Act as the primary client contact for all field activities and oversee total site management.
• Review plans and specifications for cost, constructability and compliance.
• Lead proposal preparation and recommend studies, lessons learned, project assessments and new methods to optimise construction delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large, complex construction projects (>$1 B or >1 500 craft) with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to act as the main client liaison.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Experience in mining or large‑scale industrial projects is preferred.
