Site Manager - Electrical (380kV Transmission Lines)

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead electrical construction for 380kV transmission line projects, ensuring compliance with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) standards and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all electrical construction activities for 380kV TL projects, including planning, monitoring, and daily progress tracking.
• Coordinate with SEC, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
• Supervise construction, installation, and related TL activities while monitoring schedule, identifying delays, and implementing corrective actions.
• Review drawings, method statements, ITPs, and technical documents before execution.
• Manage subcontractors to ensure productivity, quality, safety, and timely completion.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical and construction issues, and prepare progress reports for the Project Manager.

Required profile

• B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering with 12‑15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a Site Manager or Construction Manager role.
• Proven experience on 380kV transmission line projects and hands‑on experience with SEC projects and standards.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Electrical engineering expertise for high‑voltage (380kV) transmission lines.
• SEC approval and familiarity with SEC General Specifications, safety regulations, and project execution procedures.
• Construction management, subcontractor management, and HSE compliance.
