Site Manager (Electrical)

About the role

Larsen & Toubro is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to lead the execution of EHV overhead transmission line projects in Saudi Arabia. The role demands a seasoned professional who can ensure timely, safe, and cost‑effective delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the assigned project section within budget and schedule, adhering to EHS and QA/QC procedures.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust the construction programme, including procurement, storage, manpower planning and subcontractor coordination.
• Manage technical, contractual and commercial aspects such as technical submittals, invoicing, payment collection, and variation orders.
• Allocate work to team members based on capability, provide guidance, and identify skill‑based training needs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical drawings, equipment lists and specifications, ensuring easy accessibility.
• Implement the site’s Quality Assurance and EHS plans and promote an ethical, professional work culture.
• Proactively resolve significant issues to protect project profitability and client relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in execution of EHV overhead transmission line projects, preferably in the Middle East.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale electrical construction sites, budgets, cash flow and profitability.
• Strong understanding of EHS standards, QA/QC procedures and contractual management.
