Site Manager (Electrical)

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead electrical construction for 380kV transmission line projects, ensuring compliance with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) standards and timely project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical construction activities for 380kV transmission line (TL) projects.
• Plan and monitor site execution, including manpower, materials, equipment, and daily progress.
• Coordinate with SEC, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure all works comply with SEC standards, approved drawings, specifications, and project procedures.
• Supervise construction, installation, and all TL‑related activities on site.
• Monitor project schedule, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to meet milestones.
• Review drawings, method statements, ITPs, and technical documents before execution.
• Manage subcontractors to achieve productivity, quality, safety, and timely completion.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper closure of technical and construction issues.
• Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to the Project Manager and senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 12–15 years of experience in transmission line projects, including 380kV TL.
• Minimum 5 years in a Site Manager or Construction Manager role.
• Hands‑on experience with SEC projects and familiarity with SEC construction standards and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.
