Site Manager – OHTL & Substation

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Site Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations on high‑voltage transmission line projects, both overhead and underground. You will ensure that all on‑site activities are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all on‑site activities for OHTL and substation projects.
• Lead and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) standards and safety regulations.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality control procedures.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and maintain high‑quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Power, or Civil Engineering (degree awarded at least 5 years ago for non‑citizens).
• Minimum 5 years of construction management experience on high‑voltage transmission line projects.
• Proven ability to manage crews, subcontractors, and logistics.
• Familiarity with SEC standards and strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid driving license and, for Saudi applicants, SCE engineering membership and prior SEC approval.
