Site Manager (Secret Clearance) – Engineering Services

About the role

The Site Manager will lead day‑to‑day operations for Engineering, Asset Management and Real Property activities at Ali Al Salem Air Base, Kuwait. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will ensure safe, efficient delivery of services in line with the Performance Work Statement, contractual obligations and U.S. Air Force directives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a ZERO‑Harm workplace by setting safety standards and enforcing safe work practices.
• Ensure full compliance with environmental, safety and quality‑assurance requirements and provide required documentation.
• Oversee installation engineering, asset visibility, AMP/Sub‑AMP execution and Real Property coordination to meet performance objectives.
• Lead, supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, planners and Real Property staff.
• Establish a culture of accountability, efficiency, customer service and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate daily tasking, assign work, monitor execution and resolve performance barriers.
• Schedule personnel shifts, rotations and coverage to sustain required service levels.
• Inspect and audit work for compliance with PWS and quality standards; initiate corrective actions.
• Oversee preventive maintenance planning and execution to maximize reliability of mission‑critical systems.
• Monitor performance trends, troubleshoot issues and drive corrective actions.

Required profile

• Valid U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Proven experience managing engineering or asset‑management sites in high‑risk, austere environments.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with U.S. Air Force and government stakeholders.
