Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor will lead a team of Hardware and Software Specialists, both employees and sub‑contractors, to ensure the repair, maintenance, and operational readiness of ACMI equipment for the Royal Saudi Air Force. The role combines technical hands‑on work with warehouse and workshop management, while providing direct support during training exercises.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise ACMI support staff, including Pod Technicians and Digital Display System Operators.
• Perform and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance on all assigned electronic equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and test procedures to determine required test equipment.
• Provide full customer service to RSAF, preparing equipment for issue and documenting returns with 100% accountability.
• Operate and update the warehouse database to track parts availability and maintenance timeliness.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Warehouse and Workshop Repair departments, aligning resources with RSAF operational needs.
• Lead, motivate, and develop staff, producing resource coverage plans for exercise periods.
• Control, monitor, and audit equipment shipping and receipts, and generate weekly, monthly, and annual status reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising hardware/software support teams.
• Familiarity with ACMI equipment and RSAF operational environments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience managing warehouse and workshop repair operations.
• Strong organizational skills for reporting and resource planning.
