Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor will lead on‑site fit‑out activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves close coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and all project stakeholders to achieve seamless execution and successful handover.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site work, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site surveys, set out interior finishes, and manage task delegation to foremen, chargehands, and subcontractors.
• Prepare detailed work programs and schedules using MS Project and maintain daily progress reports with photographic records.
• Coordinate all trades (civil, joinery, MEP, finishing) and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, mall management, landlords, and clients.
• Ensure QA/QC compliance, coordinate inspections, raise and close snag lists, and manage NCRs.
• Enforce HSE policies, conduct toolbox talks, monitor PPE usage, and report incidents promptly.
• Oversee material delivery, storage, usage, and logistics to minimise waste and damage.
• Obtain required work permits, coordinate with authorities, and manage approvals and inspections.
• Verify subcontractor quantities, support cost control, review timesheets, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Prepare and manage snag lists for full close‑out prior to handover.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising on‑site fit‑out or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage subcontractor relationships.
• Familiarity with HSE regulations and QA/QC processes.
• Experience in material logistics, permit acquisition, and cost control.
