Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead civil, structural and architectural works on a prestigious hotel construction project. The role covers full‑site supervision from planning through execution, ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily on‑site construction activities, guaranteeing workmanship quality and compliance with safety standards.
• Review drawings, blueprints and technical specifications to ensure alignment with project design.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers and site teams to maintain smooth workflow and effective communication.
• Monitor project progress, schedules and material requirements to support on‑time delivery.
• Enforce Health, Safety & Environment regulations and report incidents according to company procedures.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including attendance records, material logs and daily progress reports.
• Evaluate team performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience, with at least 3 years on hotel or high‑rise projects.
• Experience in the GCC is a strong advantage.
• Strong technical ability to interpret drawings, specifications and construction documentation.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
