Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor oversees all on‑site fit‑out activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role coordinates closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to guarantee smooth execution and successful handover.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site work, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site surveys, set‑out interior finishes, and manage task delegation to foremen, chargehands, and subcontractors.
• Prepare detailed work programs and schedules using MS Project and maintain daily progress reports with photographic records.
• Coordinate with civil, joinery, MEP, and finishing trades, as well as with mall management, landlords, and clients.
• Manage QA/QC processes, arrange inspections, raise and close snag lists, and monitor NCRs.
• Enforce HSE policies, conduct toolbox talks, and report incidents immediately.
• Oversee material delivery, storage, and logistics, ensuring compliance with submittals and minimizing waste.
• Verify subcontractor quantities, support cost control, and review timesheets.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure all records are accessible for handover.
