Site Supervisor – Retail Fit‑Out Projects

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to lead the execution of retail fit‑out and interior construction projects across Saudi Arabia. The role involves daily on‑site supervision, ensuring that all works meet design specifications, quality standards and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a daily field presence to monitor contractor activities and enforce schedule adherence.
• Verify that structural and decorative works are executed exactly as per approved blueprints and design documents.
• Ensure contractors use the specified materials and uphold premium finishing quality.
• Conduct initial site surveys, take precise measurements and produce AutoCAD files for new stores.
• Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in retail fit‑out or interior construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Interior Design.
• Willingness to travel and relocate between Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam or other Saudi cities as project demands.
• Strong attention to detail when inspecting premium materials such as wood, acrylic, gypsum, glass and LED systems.
• Professional communication skills for dealing with contractors and escalating issues.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
