Site Technical Manager – Large‑Scale Infrastructure Projects

About the role

Surbana Jurong is seeking experienced Site Technical Managers to lead technical supervision on large‑scale infrastructure projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and supporting project delivery from a technical perspective.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all technical aspects of site supervision.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Review technical submissions, designs, and methodologies for accuracy and feasibility.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, quality, and technical performance on‑site.
• Support reporting processes and assist in technical decision‑making.

Required profile

• 10–20 years of relevant experience in construction supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region preferred.
