Skilled Helper – Production & Maintenance Support

About the role

We are looking for a Skilled Helper to support our production environment. The role involves understanding the business context, following internal policies, and ensuring safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and apply company policies, procedures and occupational health and safety regulations.
• Communicate information clearly in both verbal and written form within a business setting.
• Operate designated production machines according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of machinery, spare parts, tools and related maintenance practices.
• Apply local, regional and international safety standards to protect personnel and assets.
• Understand and follow legal requirements to prevent losses and ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Ability to understand and work within the company’s business environment and objectives.
• Strong attention to detail when following SOPs and safety regulations.
• Effective communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work on the shop floor and adhere to safety protocols.

Required skills

• Operation of production machinery.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment, spare parts and tools.
