Smart Home Digital Marketing & E‑commerce Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing & E‑commerce Specialist to launch and grow the Smart Homes division in Saudi Arabia. The role will build the digital presence from the ground up, driving online visibility, lead generation and sales for smart home products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for smart home solutions.
• Manage and optimise e‑commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing and promotions.
• Plan, launch and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media, retargeting) to generate leads and conversions.
• Improve website traffic, user experience and online sales performance.
• Coordinate with sales and product teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the smart home sector.
• Manage social media channels and content to build brand awareness and engagement.
• Track, analyse and report performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates and ROI.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in digital marketing and/or e‑commerce.
• Prior experience with smart home products or related technology solutions (mandatory).
• GCC experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce platforms, digital advertising tools and online sales funnels.
• Experience managing social media and paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
