SOC Manager – IT & OT Security Operations

About the role

The SOC Manager will lead the Security Operations Center responsible for protecting both IT and OT environments. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures continuous monitoring, detection, investigation and response to cyber threats across the organization’s digital and physical assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of SOC analysts and engineers covering IT and OT domains.
• Oversee day‑to‑day SOC operations, ensuring effective monitoring, detection and response to security incidents.
• Deploy, maintain and tune security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems and host‑based security solutions for both IT and OT environments.
• Conduct threat detection and investigation across IT and OT networks, correlating data to identify anomalous activity.
• Manage incident response, review alerts from sensors, and produce timely investigation reports.
• Drive continuous improvement of SOC processes and integrate security strategy across the organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 96 months (8 years) of experience in security operations, preferably with both IT and OT exposure.
• Proven leadership experience managing SOC analysts and engineers.
• Strong understanding of cyber‑threat landscape, incident handling and security best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and communicate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
