Social Coordinator

About the role

Tactical is looking for a detail‑obsessed Social Coordinator to manage daily posting schedules and ensure flawless execution across multiple platforms. You will act as the quality gatekeeper for content, liaising with clients and internal teams to keep the social workflow running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a master scheduling sheet for up to five posts per day on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other channels.
• Execute a 15‑step quality assurance process, checking specs, tags, Bitly links and post‑publish performance.
• Handle up to ten email requests daily and lead client calls regarding schedules, approvals and rapid edits.
• Engage with followers and influencers in an authentic, on‑brand tone, deciding when to reply fully or with a quick reaction.
• Assist in writing captions, brainstorming new content formats and developing copy voice with creative leads.
• Monitor daily comments and sentiment, flagging risks or emerging trends, and support weekly performance reporting.
• Operate tools such as Canva, Google Sheets, Later, Bitly and Sprinklr, and prepare assets for paid social boosting.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a client‑facing social media or agency environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail; no typo, broken link or incorrect hashtag goes unnoticed.
• Highly organized, comfortable juggling multiple platform requests simultaneously.
• Proactive mindset, able to suggest workflow improvements and address blockers.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude with an awareness of regional cultural trends.
