Social Media and Customer Service Specialist (Junior)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Social Media & Customer Service Specialist to join our Riyadh team. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will manage our social media presence while providing friendly, efficient support to our customers through chat and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Write engaging copy for posts, captions and ad‑hoc marketing materials.
• Proofread all visual and textual content before publishing to ensure zero errors.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries on WhatsApp, social media DMs and comments.
• Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism.
• Assist customers with order tracking, delivery issues and escalate major problems to senior staff.
• Support the marketing team with brainstorming, copywriting and creative strategy adjustments.
• Take on additional digital‑marketing tasks, project coordination or platform management as needs evolve.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business or Communications.
• Excellent written and spoken Arabic (local dialect) and good English.
• Strong attention to detail and a dislike for typos.
• Familiarity with major social‑media platforms.
• Effective time‑management and a courteous, helpful attitude.
• Willingness to check messages occasionally during busy evenings or weekends.
