Social Media & Creative Content Specialist

About the role

San International is looking for a Social Media & Creative Content Specialist to own the end‑to‑end content journey for its fashion and lifestyle brands. You will turn ideas into visual stories, write compelling copy, and continuously optimise performance across multiple social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas for social media.
• Write engaging product captions and trend‑driven copy.
• Design and produce daily posts, stories, polls, and interactive assets.
• Create clear briefs for photography, video, and advanced design work.
• Resize and optimise assets for each platform’s specifications.
• Schedule, publish, and manage content calendars across several brands.
• Monitor trends, translate them into brand‑appropriate content, and track performance metrics.
• Maintain visual identity, tone of voice, and brand consistency.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Strong creative writing and copywriting abilities for product and social media content.
• Ability to work quickly in a fast‑paced fashion and retail environment.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple brands simultaneously.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop

• Canva (or similar design tools)
• Short‑form video editing (e.g., Reels)
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat platforms
