About the role
We are looking for a proactive Social Media Customer Service professional to join our Riyadh team. You will be the voice of the brand on social platforms, delivering timely and courteous support while maintaining a positive brand image.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across social media platforms.
- Monitor and manage customer comments, direct messages, and online reviews.
- Maintain a positive and professional brand image through all customer interactions.
- Resolve, track, document, and report recurring customer feedback, concerns, and trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in social media customer service.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules and hours when required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
