Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Dr. Scent is seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to spearhead its digital presence in Saudi Arabia. You will own the brand’s social channels, paid campaigns and influencer collaborations to build strong awareness and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow Dr. Scent’s social media platforms across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, X and LinkedIn.
• Plan, schedule and publish engaging content tailored to the Saudi market.
• Design, launch, monitor and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google Ads.
• Engage with online communities, respond to customer inquiries and maintain high levels of interaction.
• Develop and manage relationships with Saudi influencers, content creators, media partners and agencies.
• Coordinate closely with the Head Office in the United Arab Emirates to ensure regional alignment.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and campaign performance.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in social media and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market and consumer behaviour.
• Proven experience managing influencer marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Background in beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, retail, lifestyle or FMCG is highly preferred.
