Social Media Manager (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

The Social Media Manager will work full‑time on‑site in Al Hufuf, creating and publishing engaging content across multiple social platforms. The role focuses on maintaining brand consistency, growing audience reach, and driving interaction through strategic content planning.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule content for all relevant social channels.
• Ensure brand voice and visual identity are consistent across posts.
• Optimize content for maximum reach and engagement using platform analytics.
• Collaborate with influencers, internal teams, and external partners to amplify campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and adjust strategy based on insights.
• Manage daily community interactions and respond to audience queries.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing, SMO, and community management.
• Fluent Arabic speaker with excellent written communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with content creation tools such as CapCut, Adobe Suite, and Canva.
• Hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end content production (ideation, filming, editing).
