Social Media Manager

About the role

This full‑time Social Media Manager position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will plan, create and publish content across PECTIV®’s social media channels, maintaining a consistent brand voice and messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content calendars for all major platforms.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimise campaigns to increase audience engagement and brand awareness.
• Respond to comments and direct messages, fostering community interaction.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams and support influencer and partnership initiatives.
• Stay updated on social media trends and propose new ideas to expand reach.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media marketing and SMO, planning and improving campaigns across platforms.
• Excellent written communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Content‑strategy expertise, including calendar development and audience‑specific messaging.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret metrics and refine targeting.
• Experience with social media management tools and basic design or multimedia tools.
• Track record managing brand accounts in FMCG, beauty, health or lifestyle sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
