Social Media Marketing Specialist – Food & Beverage

About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Marketing Specialist with proven experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector. The role will focus on developing engaging content, managing multiple social platforms, executing paid digital campaigns and strengthening our brand presence to drive customer engagement and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage company accounts on Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
• Create and publish engaging visual and written content that showcases products, promotions and customer experiences.
• Coordinate food‑and‑beverage photography and videography sessions and work with designers, photographers and videographers.
• Write compelling captions, promotional copy and campaign messaging in both Arabic and English.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Monitor performance, analyse KPIs and prepare actionable performance reports.
• Engage with customers by responding to comments, messages and online reviews promptly.
• Collaborate with influencers and content creators to increase brand awareness.
• Support marketing for new product launches, seasonal promotions and new branch openings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media for restaurants, cafés or other F&B brands.
• Strong copy‑writing skills in Arabic and English.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, creativity and organisational abilities.
