Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Social Media Marketing Specialist will lead 2TOURS’ social media presence in Riyadh, focusing on brand awareness, community building, and customer engagement for a luxury fashion brand. This full‑time, on‑site position involves planning and executing campaigns, creating compelling visual and video content, and ensuring all messaging aligns with the brand’s premium positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Meta.
• Create and schedule posts, stories, and short‑form videos that reflect the luxury brand identity.
• Monitor trends, track performance metrics, and optimize content based on data insights.
• Engage with the audience by responding to comments and direct messages in a timely manner.
• Support digital initiatives including influencer collaborations, paid advertising, and product launch promotions.
• Provide ideas to improve customer experience, drive traffic to online channels, and support seasonal promotions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation for brand accounts.
• Strong foundation in digital marketing, campaign planning, audience targeting, and basic analytics.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey a luxury brand voice consistently.
• Prior experience in fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or e‑commerce brands is an advantage.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency highly beneficial for local engagement.
