Social Media Operations Specialist

About the role

AVATR is seeking a creative, data‑driven professional to lead the operational strategy of its official social marketing channels in the automotive sector. You will plan and execute campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and the company website, developing annual and quarterly operation plans, KPI systems, and cross‑platform content integration.

Key responsibilities

• Design and publish high‑quality graphics, video, and live‑stream content aligned with corporate events, brand tone, product cycles, and trending topics.
• Manage daily content scheduling, page maintenance, and ensure consistent brand presentation across all official accounts.
• Build and maintain an operational data monitoring system; generate regular reports on follower growth, engagement, and conversion metrics.
• Track competitor activity and industry trends to provide data‑backed recommendations for strategy optimization.
• Monitor algorithm changes, platform updates, and user behavior; adapt strategies and explore innovative formats such as short videos, live streams, and influencer collaborations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, Chinese Literature, Automotive Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience managing successful social media accounts with measurable results.
• Strong copywriting and content‑planning abilities, capable of independent thematic planning and scriptwriting.
