Social Media Platform Operator (Arabic & English)

About the role

Warwick Group, a Riyadh‑based digital media and international marketing company, is looking for a full‑time Social Media Platform Operator. The role combines daily community management with a commercial focus, turning audience engagement into business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the company’s TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat and Facebook accounts on a daily basis.
• Publish, maintain and optimise content across all platforms.
• Respond professionally to comments and direct messages, driving audience interaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on online promotions and campaigns.
• Track performance metrics, prepare basic reports and use data to improve content and results.
• Apply a sales‑oriented mindset to identify leads and support conversion opportunities.
• Perform any other related duties assigned by the company.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written Arabic and English.
• Strong commercial awareness with a sales‑oriented approach.
• Responsible, proactive, quick learner and execution‑focused.
• Effective teamwork and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat and Facebook.
• Experience in social media operations or community management (preferred).
• Basic ability to review platform data and improve performance.
