Social Media Quality Control Manager

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a dedicated Social Media Quality Control Manager to ensure that all social media content meets the highest standards of quality, consistency, and brand alignment. You will work closely with content creators, social media specialists, and marketing teams to protect and enhance the company’s online reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain quality control standards for all social media content and campaigns.
• Review and approve social media materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams, providing feedback and guidance for content improvement.
• Monitor social media channels for quality assurance and adherence to company policies.
• Identify and address issues such as misinformation, inappropriate content, or brand misrepresentation.
• Develop and implement processes and tools for effective quality control in social media production.
• Train and mentor team members on quality standards and best practices.
• Track and report quality metrics to senior management and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in social media management, quality control, or content review.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong editorial skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and work collaboratively with creative teams.
• Experience developing and implementing quality control processes.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
