Soft Service Supervisor – Facility Management (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Soft Service Supervisor will lead the delivery of cleaning, waste management, landscaping and pest‑control services across assigned sites in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the FMCO team, you will ensure that service standards meet client expectations and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect sites regularly to verify that cleaning, waste, landscaping and pest‑control meet agreed standards.
• Implement BICSc and other industry standards through training, work methods and quality audits.
• Supervise, train and schedule janitors, cleaners and team leaders, handling shift coverage.
• Conduct performance reviews, monitor attendance and provide on‑the‑job coaching.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations, including COSHH, and perform safety audits and risk assessments.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinating orders as needed.
• Monitor subcontractors to ensure their services align with Service Level Agreements.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Business Studies in Hospitality Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facility or soft services management, preferably with overseas exposure.
• Experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, real‑estate or related sectors.
