Software Sales Executive (Remote – Dammam)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Software Sales Executive to drive business growth in Dammam while working remotely. The role focuses on B2B software and SaaS solutions across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s presence in Saudi Arabia.
• Identify, prospect, and generate new B2B business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision‑makers and key stakeholders.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales meetings.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure timely follow‑ups with prospects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best customer experience.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B software or SaaS sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai market and business environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to build long‑term client relationships.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Valid Dubai driving licence.
