Software Sales Manager - Bahrain Market

About the role

Azeus Systems Limited is recruiting a Business Development Manager for its product Azeus Convene, a meeting and collaboration solution for Boards and Senior Leadership Teams. The role focuses on the Bahrain market and is open to Saudi and Bahraini nationals. It is based in Bahrain and involves significant interaction with clients, prospects, partners and Azeus personnel, face-to-face or by other means.

Key responsibilities

• Independently achieve the assigned target through proactive business development and sales strategies.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to show the value of the software to potential clients.
• Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through targeted outreach and networking.
• Work with internal teams to move leads smoothly from generation to deal closure.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM system.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitors and market conditions to spot new opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT software sales in the assigned region.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
• Experience selling software to BFSI, government, listed companies and large enterprises.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the GCC region and to join within a 1-2 month notice period.
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and excellent academic record (minimum 70%).
• Experience demonstrating products to potential clients, including C-Suite representatives.
