Software Sales Specialist

About the role

EraCoda is seeking a driven Software Sales Specialist to expand its market presence in AI and automation solutions. You will own the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and act as the bridge between cutting‑edge technology and client business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target new B2B clients across enterprise, tech, and industrial sectors.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales pipeline, ensuring smooth progression from outreach to contract signing.
• Conduct needs analysis to map EraCoda’s AI and automation solutions to client pain points.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders and enterprise partners.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align sales strategies with technical capabilities.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records, pipeline status, and forecasts using CRM tools.

Required profile

• 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in tech, solutions, or AI/automation sales.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to explain complex technology to non‑technical audiences.
• Self‑starter mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
