Solution Account Manager – Process (Oil & Gas)

About the role

Belden Inc. is looking for a Solution Account Manager to drive growth within the Process (Oil & Gas) vertical in Saudi Arabia. You will combine technical, operational and commercial expertise to build strong relationships with large industrial customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand existing accounts while acquiring new customers in the oil & gas sector.
• Deliver sustained sales results through end‑user selling and strategic account planning.
• Communicate and influence stakeholders both in‑person and remotely.
• Connect customers with subject‑matter experts to build confidence and credibility.
• Operate in a metric‑driven, fast‑paced environment and adapt proactively to changing priorities.

Required profile

• MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business or a STEM discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional sales experience, preferably in a medium‑to‑large international organization.
• Proven ability to work in a matrix environment and collaborate with engineering, marketing, product development and finance teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
