Solution Manager – Integrated ICT Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Solution Manager to lead the design and support of integrated ICT solutions for our Saudi Arabia subsidiary. You will work closely with local operators and partners to ensure resource alignment, commercial coordination and after‑sales delivery for carrier‑type services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and support integrated solutions for ICT projects, including enterprise networks, cloud services and leased lines.
• Leverage local operator resources (stc, Mobily, Zain, etc.) to manage resource alignment and commercial coordination.
• Maintain and develop relationships with local partners, integrators and suppliers.
• Support the sales team in customer development and relationship management.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day communication with operators and partners to improve delivery responsiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the telecom or ICT industry in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East, with at least 3 years at a telecom operator or a closely partnered company.
• Proven ability to design and support integrated solutions and familiarity with enterprise networks, cloud and leased‑line services.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Result‑oriented with strong communication, coordination and customer‑relationship skills.
