Sous Chef – Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will support the Executive Chef in delivering high‑quality dining experiences and help drive menu innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations and staff coordination.
• Supervise, train and mentor kitchen personnel to maintain consistent standards.
• Ensure food quality, presentation and portion control meet established benchmarks.
• Manage inventory, control waste and oversee ordering processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
• Develop new menu items and recipes in line with culinary trends.
• Comply with all food safety, hygiene and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a reputable establishment.
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian hospitality market is a plus.
