Spa Attendant – Luxury Wellness Facility

About the role

The Spa Attendant ensures that all wellness and spa areas are immaculate, well‑presented, and ready for guest use. Working within a luxury hotel environment, you will support therapists, the Wellness Concierge, and the overall operation of the spa by maintaining high standards of hygiene and operational readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene across treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, changing rooms, fitness centre, wellness studios, and the spa retail boutique.
• Prepare and reset treatment rooms before and after each guest, replenishing linens, towels, amenities, beverages, and treatment supplies.
• Manage daily collection, sorting, storage, and distribution of spa linens, towels, bathrobes, and slippers, ensuring an adequate supply of clean items.
• Monitor and replenish guest amenities, water, refreshments, toiletries, and disposable items throughout operating hours.
• Conduct routine inspections of spa facilities and equipment, reporting any maintenance issues promptly through the hotel’s reporting system.
• Assist with inventory counts of linens, operating supplies, guest amenities, and treatment consumables, following inventory control procedures.
• Support the setup of wellness activities, yoga classes, fitness sessions, and special events as required.
