About the role
The Spa Guest Service Officer will ensure an excellent and consistent level of service to spa guests, supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the reception area within the spa.
Key responsibilities
- Provide front‑desk assistance to spa guests, including check‑in and check‑out procedures.
- Answer guest inquiries, manage reservations and coordinate appointments with spa therapists.
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle payments in line with hotel policies.
- Address guest complaints promptly and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other spa and hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations or similar guest‑service roles.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
