About the role

The Spa Manager at Life in Balance Spa, Miraval The Red Sea, will oversee daily spa operations and deliver mindful wellness experiences for guests. This role combines spa therapies, bodywork, beauty services, and holistic practices while leading a professional team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring high-quality, consistent service and a relaxing environment.
• Lead, mentor, and schedule the spa team, conducting performance reviews and training.
• Develop and integrate new wellness programs, retreats, and seasonal experiences.
• Manage budgeting, inventory, and supply ordering while monitoring revenue and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with other resort departments and marketing to promote the spa and enhance guest experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in spa or wellness management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of spa management experience in a luxury resort or destination spa.
• Advanced certifications in spa therapies or mindfulness‑based wellness practices.
• Fluent English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
