About the role
The Spa Receptionist (Female) will be the first point of contact for guests at our luxury spa in Riyadh. You will ensure a smooth and memorable experience from check‑in to check‑out, handling guest requests and providing local information.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
- Process operational needs and complete daily reports.
- Respond to guest requests, provide information about the spa and local attractions.
- Maintain a safe and clean reception area.
- Stand, walk, and lift objects up to 10 lb as required.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- Female candidates only, Saudi nationals.
- No supervisory experience or licenses needed.
