Spa Receptionist – Guest Services

About the role

The Spa Receptionist at Life in Balance Spa, Miraval The Red Sea, is the first point of contact for guests seeking a transformative wellness experience. You will create a welcoming, calming atmosphere while managing bookings, payments, and guest inquiries across spa, fitness, and wellness services.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, providing information on spa treatments, wellness programs, and retail products.
• Manage guest bookings, scheduling, check‑in/check‑out processes, and payment transactions (cash, card, POS).
• Maintain a tidy, organized reception area and support daily operations of the Body Mindfulness, Aquatic, and Serenity Centers as needed.
• Assist with inventory checks, stock management of retail and spa supplies, and ensure cleanliness of wellness spaces.
• Generate revenue through mindful upselling and cross‑selling of spa services, fitness programs, and retail items.
• Prepare end‑of‑day financial reports, handovers, and daily summaries in line with resort procedures.

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a professional and warm demeanor.
• Ability to handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Flexibility to adapt to guest flow and support multiple wellness areas.
• Attention to detail in tracking guest preferences and inventory.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
