Specialist - Project Control

About the role

The Specialist – Project Control will support the joint‑venture projects of Saudi Industrial Investment Group and its partners by providing accurate total installed cost (TIC) estimates, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring project budgets are adhered to.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and price estimates that impact the total installed cost, including contingency calculations.
• Structure estimates to reflect cost coding and work breakdown structure (WBS).
• Write basis of estimates, scope of work, equipment pricing, and material take‑offs (MTOs).
• Facilitate estimate review meetings and maintain approved estimate records.
• Guide project teams on documentation requirements for each phase gate.
• Analyze cost and schedule variances, communicate reasons, and propose mitigation plans.
• Implement work breakdown and coding structures for contract compliance.
• Coordinate credit rules and progress measurement for engineering and construction activities.
• Compare estimates with actuals, adjust rates, and maintain a historical cost database.
• Assist project engineers with scope change estimates, financial close‑out, and lessons‑learned entry.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and quality policies.

Required profile
